If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your printed piece, we will reprint it or provide a refund, with the following terms and conditions.

• Full refund does not apply to shipping claims.
• We reserve the right to have you return the original order, at our cost, before reprinting your order.
• Maximum refund per order is $2000. The only remedy for problems with orders over $2000 is reprinting of the order.
• Approval of proofs prior to printing constitutes acceptance of the order as correct in every way, including spelling, grammar, arrangement of content, as well as all job specifications.

Color Proofs
Color proofs will be provided for you before production begins. Our proofs are produced on an HP Design Jet 10PS. These proofs utilize the same raster image processor to produce both proofs and printing plates; however, variations do exist between proofs and final printed products. Our proofs are approximately 90% accurate in the color reproduction. We subscribe to the Graphic Communication and Printing Trade Customs statement on color reproduction: “Because of differences in equipment, paper, inks and other conditions between color proofing and production pressroom operations, a reasonable variation in color between color proofs and the completed job is to be expected. When variation of this kind occurs, it will be considered acceptable performance.”

Proof Reading
Please check your proof carefully for arrangement, spelling, and numbers. If everything is exactly like you want it, just sign and return the proof release. Please proof carefully. Reprints are costly for everyone. Your signature on the proof release prior to printing constitutes acceptance of the order as correct in every way, including spelling, grammar, arrangement of content, as well as all job specifications. Reprints will incur additional charges at your expense!

TERMS of SALE
Payment is due 30 days from invoice date. The specified quantity plus or minus 10% (unless otherwise specified in the description) shall constitute acceptable delivery and will be billed according to the actual quantity delivered.
