Prescription Pads – Security Paper

For doctors, dentists, physical therapists, and other medical professionals we print prescription pads. These are made several ways, depending on the needs of individual customers. For Animas Foot and Ankle in Durango, CO, we just printed prescription pads of 2 part, carbonless security paper, which when copied displays the “VOID” message all over the copy. Animas Orthopedic Associates orders their prescription pads on plain 60 lb. white paper, and we just completed this order. Osteopathic Center of the Four Corners prescription pads are in the shop now, to be printed on single sheet, one part security paper. These are typical orders that we print regularly, generally 4.25 x 5.5″, 50 sheets per pad, but we do have customers who need these 8.5 x 5.5″. We design and typeset these custom forms to suit our customer’s needs. Recent orders from Peak Physical Therapy and Animas Orthopedic Associates included their logo on the prescription pads, to identify themselves more readily to their patients and to those filling the prescriptions. The security paper comes in blue or green, 1 part, 2 part and 3 part, and provides protection against illegal duplication. We print many of these prescription pad orders on security paper and many others on regular white, buff or gray paper, whatever the customer needs.

Recent jobs for Music in the Mountains, Durango, Colorado, include posters and brochures which publicize the many activities of the organization. The Conservancy brochures were printed in full color on 100 lb. gloss text, tri-folded and 1000 were delivered early this week. The posters were printed on 100 lb. Gloss Cover, 11 x 17″, and delivered a week ago on Feb. 15. This customer presents a series of concerts and musical events each summer, plus additional events year round, one of the premier events organizations in the Durango, Colorado, area.
