Experience Counts when Choosing a Printing Company

Our first choice is still Offset Printing. We operate 3 offset presses, the largest of which is our RYOBI 524 GX press which produce many items like: Brochures, Postcard, Magazines and Books. With this press we can produce press sheets at speeds up to 15,000 sheets per hour. This far outpaces any digital press on the market today. Next, we have two RYOBI 3302 Offset Presses; these machines produce press sheets and speeds of up to 10,000 sheets per hour. We use them to produce projects like: Envelopes, Letterhead, Carbonless Forms as well as many other items. These presses are operated and maintained by highly skilled craftsman with years and decades of experience. Everyday 50 years of combined experience walks into our press room. Our second choice is digital printing. Different from Offset Printing in that ink is not pressed onto the paper but instead toner is fused to the paper with heat. The common terminology for this method is called digital printing. Similar to a copier on the outside these machines run larger sheets at faster speeds with higher resolution and color control systems. At Just Click Printing we operate two of these digital presses. These machines will never keep pace with an Offset Press but they do allow us to make small runs for our customers.
The third method of printing we use it Just Click Printing is Screen Printing. We love this type of printing. We often say to those in the industry that is you liked where Offset Printing was 25 years ago that is where Screen Printing is now. By that we mean printing on different color shirts is close to printing on different color of paper. Also similar is printing spot colors of ink instead of process color inks. Not to mention that making screens is a lot like making printing plates use to be.

Pocket Folder and Presentation Folders

In this post you will learn about custom Presentation Folders or Pocket Folders. The standard size for most pocket folders in 9″ x 12″ with 4″ pockets. You can place any number of items in the folder to help customer or clients keep track or important information. Folders are commonly used by account firms, hospitals, banks and business who attend trade shows. If you have a lot of information that you want people to keep track you a pocket folder is a great idea. They come with business cards slits on one or both pockets. The three jobs pictured below are for local clients in New Mexico at the same time we printed these we also shipped folders out to North Dakota. Every Door Direct Mail

Every Door Direct Mail can drive customers to your business. An example of this approach to prospecting for new business comes from one of our latest mailers. We help a client locate customers within three town in the north Dallas, Texas area. This particular customer was looking for customers who where home owners with average household incomes over $60,000. Once the target area was identified we looked up the postal carrier routes and found the number of customer who met the clients criteria in each town. The result was an Every Door Direct Mailing project that went to Anna, Texas and Van Alstyne, TX. The piece we printed with offset printing was a full color postcard printed on 80lb gloss cover. This particular customer happen to be in the paving business but the same can be done for a client who owns a car wash a restaurant or a dentist office.

3D or Puff Embroidery at Just Click Printing? Yes we can do that

Check out these super cool caps that the staff at Just Click Printing produced with 3D or Puff Embroidery. 3D or Puff Embroidery is a technique which allows you to raise the surface of your designs, making them essentially three dimensional. 3D Foam can give your designs a complete creative boost, transforming them completely. 3D foam (3D Puff) is a technique where foam is inserted under the top stitch to raise the surface, giving a three-dimensional look to your embroidery designs. The 3D foam effect is commonly used on garments that don’t require much washing. Apparel like caps, jackets and other outerwear are pieces that are best suited for this technique.
